Yea, you can def veg on 24/7 with ur CFL's! Or you can go 18/6 if you don't wanna keep them lit up like that the whole time. The dark period, if I'm not mistaken, is the time the plant uses to form it's roots. It grows up with lights on and down with lights off.

Either way, roll with it, it wont hurt nothin!
