24/7 is ok but it makes the plant lag when it's switched to 12/12 for flower. It is not used to a nighttime....
I do it with plants up to 1 month old then I switch to 18/6.

Yes 24/0 is safe. I run my veg room 24/7 but before I flower I let them chill under 18/6 for about a week. Just my way of doing it tho. As far as temps you would have to run the bulb for a few hours to see what the max temp it will get to
So when it sudenly comes a night time it doesnt start to think that its flowering time?! thats great. Thanks. And for curiosity how long is the plants life time then? How long would I veg it? Becouse I`ve been reading that in flowering it goes about 3 times bigger.

Lol youre gonna get an earful asking qiestions like that on here. Prob should do some research...
I've run under 24/0 and 18/6 with no noticeable difference.
Regarding plant life, I've read numerous times and in numerous reliable places plants being kept alive for many, many years.
Also, the growing three times the size thing? We typically refer to that as the "stretch" period. Most strains will stretch 2-3 times their size when flipped to 12/12 within the first 21-24 days.
