23-Watt (100 Watt Eqv.) Too Much 4 Seedling?

I have a somewhat seedling with around 3 sets of it's first true leaves. I have the Aerogarden Pro 200 Gro-lux bulbs (26 Watts Aero CFLs) and a 23-Watt (100 Watt Incandescent Equivalent) aproxx 2 inches away from this plant. Is that too much, or is it good. I could always switch to a 15 Watt (60 Watt Equivalent) CFL of the same type? Thanks!

dude you could use more light if you wanted.as long as you have good ventilation

More light can never hurt, unless there's a heat issue, but proper ventilation can take care of that.
