Please explain this propensity for delivering in volume to the semi unidentified masses… Heck, you’d be taking on a pretty dollar invested project… with so many unknowns. Hell, I’m just happy I can grow legally now! Are you ready and have the patience to work through the government red tape process for a described expected minimal upside annual event? Maybe reaching out to a cannabis trade oriented attorney might be a venue of approach? Just say’n some of you guys on this thread are virtual neighbors per se and just want the best for whatever you’re trying to achieve! :D

So I just found this 'disclaimer at Getaway seeds in Maine. Could be my work around also...

*Content for educational and informational use only. Getaway mountain seed and associated brands sell cannabis / hemp seeds in sealed containers as a novelty only intended to be collected and traded. All cannabis / hemp seeds in compliance with the Agricultural improvement act of 2018*

Now I'm not certain but I believe the AIA of 2018 only refers to hemp seed. More confusion!!

I think most have a similar disclaimer
“Again, there's always the 'work around or the short cut.' I can sell you a comic book or a trading card and 'gifts you a pack of seeds.”
this is where my mind was but i don’t think this is legit either. Like you said shit is very vague.

90 acres? That’s almost 4 million sq ft. That post from MA cannabis says it only has 285,000 sq ft of outdoor legally licensed?

The Cannabis Control Commission has authorized more than 1.1 million square feet of indoor marijuana cultivation compared to up to 285,000 square feet of outdoor cultivation, according to its licensing data, and has imposed energy standards on indoor cultivators.

Laws are very vague. There is no accommodation to buy seeds and clones in mass 'legally
Also, not clear, but something about a plant less than 4" isn't a 'plant'
Someone needs to really get it together.
Another option I was looking at was going into business as a Inspection or Certified Responsible Vendor Trainer. Both of these are mandatory requirements and shit let's face it, I'll never be hired as a Master Grower, but there are opportunities.
The breeders I grow for have privately contracted me after apparently reviewing some of my grow journals. I am growing both testers and established strains, maintaining a journal, photos, and my own grow style. I'm thinking they mainly want authentic pictures for their web sites, some of my pics have been used already. Unfortunately, I'm unable to disclose these breeders here, as I said, private contract, #2, others (not you guys) may try to approach and pester the breeders for their own ends.
I will say this....
There are sites where testers are sought. Sometimes they say, 'we need testers' but a couple times I've been approached by private message.
I will say this, in the last few months, seeds have rained down on me like, well, rain. I have so many beans and top shelf stuff it's just redonkulous. Pollen too. In fact, was just offered some prime Blue Kush pollen I can't wait to play with.
One of my goals is to continue to find a strain that resist rot, insects, is strong, has bag appeal, and I can say is mine. And trust me, I will be raining seeds on others too. Gotta give to get, and I love to gift.
“Laws are very vague. There is no accommodation to buy seeds and clones in mass 'legally”…

There’s definitely a couple local clone companies… I know theres one in Attleboro, but the name escapes me right now and this one in Boston, which caters to high end cuts.

And I already mentioned the “Well Grown“ seedbank in Merrimac MA, So they’re out there.

3-4 yrs ago big money pushed that thur med cards are 28 bucks to grow 6 per. But we allow co-ops just gotta have plants labeled my daughter grows on my land along with me an wife 18 in flower legal
Never even heard about that. What about different pieces of land? Can a person grow more than 3 on say a different tax map? Separate piece of land?

The way i see it nobody is counting unless you are a caregiver registered with the state, I see 20-30 plant plots all over the place around here most dont even put a fence up. Just dont get caught selling untaxed weed. Med cards are so cheap now might as well card up an double up.

Does being permitted excuse or nullify the behind a locked door law? I’ve looked at a few grows online and it appears to me to be growing as freely and open as a field of corn?
Why did i spend a grand to fence and lock my six plants? It seems these grows are not secure to me?

I believe cbd plants have different rules than thc plants. There was a hemp farm last fall running a ad 30 dollars a pound pick your own. The 2 people i know that tried a couple acers of hemp lost their shirts let it rot in the field.

First, hope you mend up quick. Second, FUCK MASSACHUSETTS! These mofos get enough of my money. Clear out the black market? Give the little guy a chance? Thats real cool of you to go to the state and argue against home cultivation. All you want to do is grow some strains and give seeds to people who can’t afford it but you’ll be cheaper? Not and survive.Right now you donate to most to sick people? Good for you but its disingenuous because now you want something from them for it right? There is a way to help people, keep doing what your doing. If your concerned about your grandkids college maybe take the tens to hundreds thousands it will take and put it in their account instead of gambling with it.And not paying unnecessary taxes. I hope you do good explaining to the politicians why homegrows/ black market needs to be stopped so little guys can pay taxes…..
Thats my take in a nutshell
Yeah,Mass only legalized for $$$$$$$,My exact predictions came true this winter,my city had 1 dispensary in 2016 and it had exclusivity till about 2 yrs ago,now there are TOO MANY MF's in the game, I grow a big outdoor so I never buy from any of them but a friend informed me that prices were down to less than 8$ a gram for some shit,HOW with all the overhead and licensing and taxes can that make sense financially?. Heard that the cultivators didn't want to grow more as the market flooded, same question for a facility, how can they succeed w/all their overhead.,electricity$$$$$$,building costs, trimmer help, grow help, nutrients, and all the red tape for the greedy gov. taxes and licenses .Aint nobody opening a facility gonna make a profit if the stores they hook up are getting 8$ a gram,GREED and TOO MANY mouths at the table, knew it was gonna happen these idiots ruin the market in not even a decade think it's the golden goose that can just keep giving, all the hoops and BS to jump through and already cutting throats, guarantee some boarded up failed business's coming soon.
