Slugs u can deter by wrapping copper around the pots the ions mess them up or something
same reason old school aquarium people would throw copper pennies in the substrate. it’s very bad for invertebrates/snails/slugs.

Ok, so I've started doing some really low stress bending of a few plants in Alpha. I like to do this after a feeding, and before a rain if possible, <like this time>
Looks pretty bedraggled in the beginning, however, like in the more hard-core LST, it creates more energy points in the plant.
Simply put, I'm bending the plants over at about 45° as opposed to 90•.
Here's some pics of the beginnings.

Looking good, brotha. They're about to stretch like a fucker I bet!
Slight reveg when uppoted, like one node of triple leaves on two plants. Weather has been good so far, had those leafhoppers last year, wait til the nymphs show up, slimy little cottontails. Think spinosad helped this year, even the grasshoppers are gone.
You got some balls, bending them like that.

You should see the results already! It's insane!

Have you grown Royal Kush before? It or a cross of it , has become a staple in my out door garden. Most pest resistant strain I have come across so far, and great smoke!
First time but already on next years list for the reasons you stated (haven't smoked yet). Royal Kush (BX8 x BX6) is Mandelbrot's Family Heirlooms Genetics and Royal Wedding F3 is Emerald Mountain Legacy.

I have a second Royal Wedding in a 4 GA container I am going to try to reverse to make pollen.

Here she is; I like the structure of this one...

interested to see that one grown out, i did the bx10 last year as well as oilspill bx6, id think theres more variety in the bx8 x bx6 and perhaps more vigor as well.... also really interested to see how your starlink comes out (rebelgrown i assume?)

I just acquired Oilspill bx6! How did that do for you? What is the aroma like and how was the smoke?

Starlink is Rebel Grown. Wasn't crazy about Starlink (Fem) phenotype, only started one seed. A bit stretchy from the start but has settled down and filled in/out nicely... about the same as Raphael (Irie Genetics). I think I an right on the edge of too much N with her where as Raphael can take the extra N.

so actually a bit of variety in them, i ended up with 4 females, one didnt get flowered but got cloned and am retrying now. they were all fairly good outdoor plants, but one in particular stood out, probably the most mold resistant plant ive grown. That one has an interesting but subtle gassy/motor oil aroma, completely coated in sandy trichomes, and some purple hues, very potent. The other two females had more fruit which ive come across in other royal lines, though one in particular had really close to lychee terps which was pretty interesting
