thanks Joe, there are a number of types that are not panning out, so only posting pics of the goodies, will have a rundown at the end of the season with the good & the bad...hey were you near those fires recently in your state? bad news!
Well, that's to be expected on a seed run, no? I figure if I can get one or two really good plants out of a season on a seed run then I'm doing ok...it'd be nice if they were all stellar though.

The really bad fire was in northern California, roughly 8 hours away from me. Lot of homes lost, and even worse a lot of lives too...people couldn't get out and get to safety, very sad stuff. The other fire was a bit closer to home, but still about 2 hours away. We've had a particularly bad year for fires...probably the worst I can remember.

lucky they were long way away, ive been in this area 25yrs now, never had fires through here since been residing, not sure whether it would burn well cos the trees are far apart? yeah lucky to get just a few good ones on a seed run, tha'ts all im looking for!

Bay Exclusives Tiramisu Cookies x Cannarado Barney Rubble day 59 approx 4' high has turned out a good pollen chuck with nil herm, good female/male ratio & overall good health, though with a light to medium yield its 50/50 if she will be a keeper, depends on the quality of the chuff

aaaaaaaaaaaand the results are in on the new pollen chucks recently grown out, the below passed & made the grade -

Best listed from top down -

Paradise Seeds Sensi Star x Bodhi Goji OG
IHG Timeless Montage x GDP x C99
UK Cheese x Blueberry x Mikado x Cannarado Barney Rubble
IHG Cactido x Barney Rubble
Cannaventure PRK x Mosca C99 x Barney Rubble
BOG Sour Bubble x Hazeman Mikado
Bay Exclusives Tiramisu Cookies x Barney Rubble

the above offered nil herm tendency, high female to male ratio, overall good health & plant structure with great taste & potency.

the rest failed for one or more reasons such as herm tendency, poor vitality, genetic mutations etc

* sad to see the GGG Bright Moments crosses failed in this test, potency is there but all its offspring have poorly formed buds & a large variation in growth patterns...non desirable.
also disappointed most of the Hazeman Mikado crosses were not up to scratch either, though at the end of the day stoked with the top 7

also to be planted out types for new pollen chucks -

to be used as studs -

Archive Faceoff OG
Bodhi Space Monkey
Bodhi SSDD

the Faceoff OG was originally intended for stud of various cookie crosses which was to come at a later date, but fearing the Faceoff may lose germination rate they will be grown out now & selfed, as will SSDD.
the best females from the above 7 pollen chucks will also be pollinated

** the 4 Mr Nice strains grown out failed in the herm department, though after initial burst of early herm pods were removed none returned, all grew well except the Critical Skunk which seemed slow & pale in general, most had very good yields, yet since the herm factor is present none will be grown out again, since these wont be grown out again no smoke test was performed. no further interest in this banks wares except the SSH which is in the larder.
Shark Shock
Critical Skunk
Master Kush Skunk
G13 Skunk

wasn't sure if the Archive Face Off OG BX2 would germinate but 7 out of 13 have already, so in an effort to make a rough copy of Archive's Scooby Snacks, these 2 old stock Platinum Cookies types will be crossed with the Face Off

2nd wave going ok now though many were lost when a heatwave hit directly after transplanting, testing these plants that are in larger fabric pots that have not been used here before, pots range in size between 15gal/56ltr - 30gal/113ltr, plants are between 3' - 5' high and just starting to bud.
