Heyy guys just getting things underway got 8 spots accounted for within 3-400 feet of each other if in a radius. last year i let those fucking rabbits get the best of me along with other complications so this year im going to be smarter. I want to do 6-8 big bitches with one at each spot. When do you guys think i should go toss my alfalfa pellts greensand and guano in my holes, the spots are cleared up 4 feet in radius each. I plan on getting them in by may 1st. Also i want to add the nutes listed before i add my 8 bags worm castings, 8 bags fox farm potting soil, if i add my allfalfa, greensand, and guano in like 2 weeks or so would it be pointless to dig that dirt up then add the bag of wormcasting and ocean forest? or should i just dig my 3x3 holes 3 feet deep and toss my nutes i have now in the bottoms so when i dig the soil up im not taking out the rich soil in the bottom? i will also be adding a cup of bone and blood meal with my wormcasting and ocean forest. I know its alot of questions for the starting thread im just fucking excited to come out with bud this year. Also will this be enough nutes to come just to check on them once in a while then throw growilla bud food once flowering sets in????

alright im gonna wait a month or so and throw the earthworm casting, jersey greensand, soil, alfalfa pellets, bone, blood, guano, and some perlite mayb a bag or 2 in total along with some water crystals.

Now im trying to figure out with the actual plants space they all have atleast 8 hours of light. My goal is aiming for a pound each the strains im using suggest they will get that amount if i treat them right. I was wondering if it would be better to lst or prune them, i plan on starting them indoors under fluros ill have 20 all together so i want to single out the 6-8 most thick, vigorous growers. I want to stake them is it better to connect the 3 or 4 together or put a tomato cage stacked like one of the members on riu suggested kiss-assits practical cause i want to have a form of support under strong rains and wind. ALong with stacking i want to put 6 mayb 8 4 foot stakes surrounding the plants lsting them in a way along with the tomato cage to keep the profile low but full in diameter. I will be placing copper 2 cm" high circular plates to protect the plant from slugs there a bitch here... I will surround the cages with green wire fencing to keep the fucking animals from digging my shit up:cuss:. If i can get some critique on this plan or advice on my nutes cages and all that all is appreciated and surely welcome bongsmilie

I can't really answer your questions in the first thread as I don't grow that way.

The cage thing is a good idea as I will try that this year. The rabbits gave many of my plants a good chewing last year.

A Salt ring around your hole far enough so rainfall wont dissolve the salt into your holes works great for slugs. That's what I use.and slug bait also.

im sorry im having trouble following you a bit. if i was to mix my nutes with my soil i would mix it all in together thoroughly. stuff like bone, blood meal, guanos release ferts slowly so with your water polymers you can check them less often. but i fyou want 1lb monsters they will require some attention. you can always check them and water with some extra ferts, organic if thats what it seems like your doing. water polymers are not organic just to let you know but if you need them they do work. maybe im not in the know but what is the allfalfa for to grow as camo? does it contain anything usefull? dont tie, stake your plants together stake them apart so they all get more sun,and are less likely to have mold probs if you do manage to have big solid buds(airflow) i wouldnt prune them at all unless you want to be waiting longer for harvest. the animals may be "digging up your shit" becouse of the blood, bome meal it attracts critters initialy that think there is something dead there. hope that helps some

muay thai- i like the salt idea that sounds very usefull im def gonna try that out good looks.
Soda- Thanks for your help, that does sound good im def gonna spread them out, alfalfa pellets are kinda like time released ferts, its alfalfa hay which is very high in nitrogen but it decomposes much faster so it will provide my plants with higher nitrogen levels faster then the hay.
?? how many times would you say i should apply ferts for veg 2 mayb 3 times? after i prep the holes. I plan on using the growilla every 2 weeks during flowering to fatten up those buds

The salt ring works great. Just make sure you put the ring far enough from the hole. Also use large chunks of salt like water softener salt or ice salt with big pieces. Not table salt as it dissolves with a heavy rain much easier.

I use General Hydroponics 3 part mix.About 4-5 feeds during veg and about 3 during flowering. I use Advanced nutrient slow release pellets summer feed once then the fall fedd during flowering once. I think I'm close to where you live.I'm a 4 hour drive from the maine border.I thought you said that on another thread about choppers flying by canada USborder.

eyes when i water i usualy fertilize with something lightly like earth luice, fox farms or compost teas i will normaly only use at half strength if using weekly.these are already weak ferts to start with but organic and good for your plants and soil. i also add slow release ferts to the soil like you ive never had over fert problems since i was a kid using miracle grow(nasty stuff). once and awile i will apply it with a sprayer to the foliage this was recomended from some good friends who know what they are doing, not when budding. its called foliar feeding and it also helps as a natural way to keep bugs at bay. i looked at tha allfalfa online i know what you mean now. funny ive got oganic ferts with that as an ingredient in it and just never paid attention. another way to keep slugs at bay is slug bait pellets and beer in a cup. i learned the beer thing from my grandma. the slug bait is more expensive than salt but is not harmful to soil. either way i wouldnt put it on my plants soil. take it easy guys peace.

Thanks for the feedback guys:bigjoint: I went over to the local home depot and found the answer to my staking solution,$3 for 3 foot metal posts, there heavy duty so i can really anchor my bitchs down, like 5 circularly around them and one 4-5' plastic stake right at the base of the plant to support the main stem ive also decided that 6 is enough for me this season i just want to put the most effort into these 6 and get the best biggesst fatest girls i can  Its also less worry for me the other 2 spots weren't really easy to blend in with the vegetation. Muay you think in maine its possible to pull a lb of a plant if i visit it 6 times in veg and 4 during flower??

Rabbits got the best of me too last year man, this year im planning on using chicken wire its only 4 feet high but its really effective.

man do i wish i did that last year im going with the 3 footer to be a lil more stealthy im sure the 4 foot one is better im just a lil paranoid but i like how your thinking :joint:
