200w cfl when to start her up?

I've been growing her for a little while not sure exactly how long but it's under 2 45w cfls atm was wandering weather to start up the 200? it is a dual fillament 6400k 2700k half and half how far should I have it from her as its a alot stronger and I don't want it to halm my plant! And how should I set the light so all the 6400k filaments are facing or a little of the 2700 aswell?

Use it when ever
the more watts/lumens = more plant growth.
Put it as close as you can just put your hand by the bulb to judge how close. I've had some of my plants be touching my 125w cfls and nothing happens. Set the filaments to be half and half it will give your plant more light spektrum.
