i never thought i could pull it off, "Low Temps" no windburn, got my tent next to a big ass window though, taken advantage of this cold weather! doin it with a 8inch raptor and a 440cfm 8inch fan, i say gorila cause gorila has 10inch holes that keep you from win burnen shit, super veg one plant inside a 55gal, weaven it low through a net then switch over to HPS 12/12 one more net to keep it low 2ft below the lights, can only do this in the cold weather with an 8 inch raptor youd be suprised how much cooler an 8 inch can keep shit, its bright in this bytch ( take advantage of this cold weather)

Over 120 watts per sq. foot? Sure it can be done but why?

I just ordered my 1k and am waiting for it to arrive

All I've been thinking about is if I'll be able to keep that thing cool in my 4x4

Careful, its easy to add lights only to have not much of a yield increase because the bulbs had to be raised

First hps ever
It's dimable, so if it runs too hot I'll put it down to 600

But I hope the 1k will work !!!!

i didnt let this plant get big enough by weaving it through the lower net veggin it first, but its a sour og at 6 weeks, in a 55 gal if your 2k hps

Is that the raptor dual bulb hood? I have been interested in those for a while but there isn't a lot of Info or reviews on them. How do you like it?
