STARTED 12/12 2 WEEKS AGO. SHOULDNT THERE BE MORE BUD OR HAIRS???
USING 9 CFLS, 26 WATT 1600 LUMENS,2700K. 2 FANS,ETC.. TEMP AROUND 70 DEGREES.............................

Looks normal to me. Do not sweat it. The progress will come. Baby them well and they shall produce the fruit of the lamb for you.
