Hey, here is a couple of pics of my first grow. I bought feminized Lowryder 2. How does she look? Right now I have 5 26-watt 5600k cfls and 3 40-watt 2700k cfls. Couple of questions, should I replace the 5600ks with 2700ks at this point? Also, I was thinking about introducing some nutrients beginning week 3. For soil I am using Fox Farm Ocean Forest. Not sure how the days are measured, but when I say I'm 2 weeks in, I mean 2 weeks since she popped up thru the soil. I was going to introduce Fox Farm Grow Big week 3, if I do how long should I use it? I also have Tiger Bloom Fertilizer and Fox Farm Big Bloom.

Thought I'd look up the definition of Pura Vida, nice. ( http://gesuina.blogspot.com/2007/09/pura-vida-definition.html ) Anyway I started my seed on the 14th of Nov. (about the same time as yours?)and mine is a little smaller plant than yours, some of this may be due to the genetics, mine is a 'white widow' but the slower growth is most likely due to the cold I am growing it in, 63F. I am a very experienced veggie grower but thought I'd try my hand at an indoor weed grow, with that as a qualifier, it looks like your plants for their age are nearly perfect!

Here are a couple of pictures from week 3. Hopefully more of you will input to a couple of my questions. I'm still wondering from last week if I should switch to 2700k lights and ditch the 6500ks. I ended up adding nutrients for the first time because when I came in my plant had those yellowish/brown spots on her. Any ideas what's wrong? I'll actually post in the plant problem forum about the discoloration spot specifically, as far as this thread, I plan on updating everyweek with pics. Also, I've been using a 24/0 cycle, should I switch it up to 18/6?

I'll put Costa Rica a few notches higher on the many places I'd like to visit, or live. I understand Costa Rica is a true paradise and very US friendly.
I have got probs w/my one WW but am problem solving (believe it is a cold issue) and hopefully it'll come around. Good luck to you and your ladies and your Costa Rica quest.

It's lowryder, they're autoflowering. I'd say you should use the grow big until a week or two after it shows sex, then maybe switch over to the big bloom.
