2 same strains, looking completely different

These are 2 feminzed purple cush plants. 1 is growing vertically and the other one is a bush. what would cause this?

Genetics. Look at human siblings, some are taller, some are shorter, some have blue eyes, some have brown eyes. You get the idea. It's no different for sibling cannabis plants from seed.

My guess would be that the bush is growing inside in a controlled environment with plenty of light in good soil while the other is outside in questionable looking soil, weeds in the pot, and unknown lighting conditions. Could just be different phenos

This looks to be an accurate assessment of this situation. I know for sure my tent grows trump my backyard grows 100/100 times.
Same genetics and all.

Yes the small one is outside. Not been ideal weather for months
