2 light t5 is tripping every breaker I plug it into

whenever I plug this light in that I plan on using on my seedlings it trips the breaker even if nothing else is plugged into that circuit...am I missing something here?

If it's drawing enough current to trip a breaker you've probably got a short. Do you have a multimeter?

I didn't use the spring looking things that go on to the screws that screw the bracket on and it was causing it to short out, thank you though.
