I have a question about clones. I topped some babies in veg and they been under a dome for exactly a week now, how do I check if they are rooting?? They still look green and healthy the however the fan leaves look
Droopy.
Ps: there in rw cubes used clonex gel and they have a heatmat under the dome.
Any help be greatly appreciated.

The roots will grow through the rockwool cubes for one, but if you don't want to wait that long you can pry them open and peek. It probably will take a little longer than just a week in rockwool, be patient.

Yup, it takes a little longer than the "7-10 days" you always hear for the roots to start sticking out of the cubes. I'm sure they'll be out soon - sounds like you did everything right. Best of luck to ya.

patients is all it takes, as long as ur rooting gel isnt contaminated u should be fine. Ive had some plants show roots in as little as 7 days and some take longer then 14, depends on ur strain. If the plants start turning brown or rotting uve got a problem. They should start perking up once the roots have started forming inside the rw cube. Make sure u mist them and let air into the box

Hey guys thanks, good to hear I was starting to worry a bit since this is my first time cloning.
I will wait and see.
I usually open the dome every other day couple seconds hope this us enought air for them other than that I just keep the inside of dome misted.

Thanks guys again and happy holidays.

HEY GUYS I THINK I KILLED THEM. i left them unattended for a day and when i got to them they seemed dry only thing wet was the dome wall , they also looked wilted and down. idk should i wait and just let them b? heres a pic

lack of fresh air and water. the leaves must stay wet all the time untill they grow roots. they feed through the leaves untill then. cut two 2"x2" holes in the dome for air also.

you might be able to save them.. sometimes to much attention is death to the plants... Patients is a virtue...

How do I know if they still have a chance?
Some looked better next day after I opened the domes holes and others didn't .
Some of the leaves look brown??

hey man dats definetly true, once I gave them fresh air they bounced right back.
Now can someone tell me when to transfer them into their permanent pots? Almost all them have roots poking out but small thick roots not long and thin like seedling roots tend to be.
