im new here i started with 5 plants and down to 3 now im useing 2 t12 40w blubs 1900 lums each and 2 smaller 750 each lums in small clasest i planted them on nov 25 and now am about ready to flower how many lums shound i use i was going add 6000 morel lums to make it even 11,500 now im at 5300 im useing organic peat moss and some organic dirt thats 12/8/12 and slow food for them thats 14/14/14 im posting pic any help would be so good thanks love the site..

and my lighting cycle is on 18/6 right now
any ideas i can do to help my babys flower im abuot change to the 12 /12 in few days once i get rest my light 3 plants 5300lums and it will be 11500

yeah add as mych light as you can fit in more light the better i herd you can give them a bad with a total black out to help them boost into flower but im not sure about this i wud wait for a second iopinion i just switched mine straight to 12/12

I would say get some red color bulbs 3000-3500 k or save up some money and get a 150 watt hps.(comes out to about 90 dollars with s+h)The 150 will be the best way to go that way you will be covering plants with the light they need.

sup i wanted to know if i change my light cycle tomarrow will it put my plants in shock i also just added 2475 lums more today so now im at 7775 lums will that be ok to start flowing tomarrow thanks try get back me b4 1am b4 the timer kicks back in thanks alot

if you have some red bulbs in there and you want to put them in flowering go right ahead it wont shock them.how else are you gonna get them to flower?
