Defoliation is another one I’ve not tried Isit the lower fan leaves that I remove ? Was going to put like a cage round her and put stems through the gaps
For support and open her up a little to let more bid sites more light

As it grows I like to do a defoliate before I flip to follower and another 2-3 weeks in flower basically taking any fan
Leaves blocking light I like to be able to see through the canopy then I know the ligh will also penetrate otherwise you will end up with lots of shit on the bottom of the plant that is in developed good luck dude

Hello,

I love low stress training, and prefer it to topping if possible. Tie those tops down!

As for what to do now, that depends how much time you want to wait for vegetative growth in a high yield/efficiency SCROG, or a quicker and less productive stand alone bloom.
