Hello fellow 420 friends I am growing for the first time and have two mother plants in about the 4th week of flower but right now that is not my concern they seem to be doing fine. My concern is the clone I cut from them. Some cuttings have lower leaves that are yellowing and shrivel but the ones above are nice and green still

One Is just a lower part from a branch I cut in half to see if it would clone but im not sure why the others are yellowing and drying out. Im sure I did the whole process right and I checked how hot the dome would get

Could.be an embolism, seen that before. Did you keep the cut stem under water??

Clones are tricky I've found also. Must be a knack to.it. I took four cuttings off mine and have ended up with 1 living ha ha.

check out the cloner in my signature... you'll have way better results.... 4 weeks into flower is possible but not recommended, maybe its worth a shot at rooting and trying to re-veg...

Yeah as I cut them I put em in water. I know it seems easy enough I had a good bunch and some died lol I guess I gotta be more patient growing is making me impatient

Time to look to a DIY bubble cloner... is 90% best way for you to go.

Avoid the aero ponic fogger as they still and will for some time,.. continue to burn out, a great concept, but screws up in time, as most the foggers get clogged with nutes, and then burn out, I'm wanting one myself, but not until they solve this...?

Just the forum was looking for 1st time grower got a nice sativa growing want to take some clones is there a preference to taking them from the bottom or top of the plant

OK, so, I come here to post, and the first thing I see, is a hot chick with big boobs in a blue shirt.... and I am like "Man, those are SOME clones!!!" and I think to my self... "Self, you could get in soooooo much trouble."

/\she is a bit hot like/\

they are getting too much light by the looks of things, keep them further away or more shaded, the plant is still trying to grow but has no root system to support it yet.

closer to the bottom above 2 nodes with at least 2 nodes on the cutting

I usually clone from the top. Tops your plant at the same time. Also newer growth seems to root much quicker.

Aeroponic cloner shouldn't have nutes in. H20 only. It works too.

your new growth is rooting faster because its softer stemmed.... take a soft stem branch from near the bottom for best results, as they contain more hormones that are used in the development of roots
