1st time grow using cfl to veg

This is my first ever grow. I have a 600 watt HPS system i am going to use for the flowering mode. I went through some growing pains earlier in my grow and you will notice when you look at my plan pictures. I have my own DIY co2 tanks, but the first time I put them into my plant room i forgot to change them out after 2 weeks and half my plant got yellow (I dont always check my plant everyday since it is over at another house, but now I come by every 2 to 3 days to see it). I didnt have a problem reviving it though since I just doubled my co2 tanks and its almost back to full green in 3 weeks. I have 3 or 4 different light kelvin in my grow room. I have a 12,000 (or 8000 not sure) lumen growtek light I bought. also a funny story is someone threw out a 6 bulb growtek light in my front yards dumpster and 2 of the bulbs work, 4 still dont so I have to change the ballast inside and Ill be good to go after that, will be very cheap. I believe off those 2 growtek light setups put together I am getting a good 12,000 to 13,000 lumens. I have 5 23w 6500k CFLS, 2 13w 2700k CFLs, a 4 foot fixture with 2 Plant and Aquarium lights in it, and a smaller 1,000 lumen 7800k light. so I have 2700k 6500k, 7800k, and I am not sure what the Phillips Plant and Aquarium bulb kelvin is. An answer would be greatly appreciated on that, and if the Kelvin would be too high for my pant to absorb or not. Also, I was going to buy 4 more 2700k CFLs since my stater brothers has them at 1.99 for 4. I was also thinking about buying $30 worth of them and using all those 2700k's when I put my plant under the HPS so the leaves will all get direct light. Is that a good or bad idea. I am getting 29,700 total lumens in my grow room and all lights are within 6 inches of my plant

The temps in the room are always between 78 to 82 with a dual exhaust fan I found at the Goodwill. the humidity is really good as it always stays between a 27% and a 38% depending on the conditions outside.

If you noticed my plant is not tall at all, I have a really good explanation for that. I am pulling the tree branches down so they grow vertically allowing me to get my plant lights closer to my leaves. My plant would be 2 feet tall right now if the branches were growing up. I have been growing my plant since September 10, which started from a clone, so I am not sure how tall it should be at the moment. I plan on vegging my plant until january or february, i am not sure if that would be too long of a veg?

I am using General Hydro nutrients and the pineapple sweetener. I am also adding molasses to each of my weekly plant waters as well as dried orange peels and dried egg shells. The plant has really taken off and I have not had a problem with nute burn whatsoever.

What can I do better with my plant?????? And remember the brown on my leaves was from my co2 mishap and I have had all green all the way through when I got on my game and consistently changed up the co2.
