1st time DWC organic purple kush

Eyy trying my hand at this growing thing here's what I got (pics posted in a little bit)

A six pot dwc system that I Made myself
A ph of 5.5 approx
Nutes: hygrozyme, botonicare problend gro, and a lil fox farms big bloom
Dwc system: 16 gal rubbermaid, 60gal airpump with 4 12in airstones
Lights: for veg; 4 full spec 40watt flourescents, 2 150(eq) watt cfl
For flower; 1 400 watt hortilux HPS
Soil: fox farms light warrior
Room: a 2x4x8 closet (flowering room) and a space under my bed for vegging

Okay so the purple kush seeds were germed on 2/5 and in the hydroton grow rocks. The other 4 are bagseed and in soil. I have one plant flowering and nearly done in the closet. Tell me what u think!

2 of them are LST'd and the other 2 are FIM'd

the 6 in hydro look pretty well they're on week 2 from sprout, just added the nutes 75% strength 4/6 have roots touching the water (2in from the bottom of the net pots)

i need some help figuring out if my flowering plant is ready to be chopped, anyone have any suggestions? i was thinking of chopping it this friday...its been flowering since jan 5th
