1st Real Grow (Bagseed)

What the bizz all. . .

Been lurkin around for a while tryin to learn as much as possible. . .and was thinking now its time to share with the rest of the class. . .

Initially started out as a closet grow. . . but due to poor ventilation issues. . . grow is now located in a spare bedroom. . .

Planted first seeds in grow cubes on 3-13-08. . . and staggered the remaining weekly. . .

After two weeks all plants were then transplanted into a 2/3 soil, 1/3 perlite mixture. . . and i've been using RO water for about two weeks after encountering a calcium problem. . . have had a few bumps and bruises along the way but im here for all the help i can get!

Grow Room Setup

- 400 Mh light
- T5 Flor light
- 1 12in osc. fan
- Humidifier
- 2 thermometer/hygrometers
- 2 box fans
- Oceans Forest Potting Soil
- Ph Down

Nutrients

Liquid Karma
Superthrive
Sensi Grow (A&B)

mine are weak looking in the stems any suggestions.they are 14 days old.

temps 78 degrees,im using 2 15 watts cfls.only have three plants.

yes i had horrible temp probs. . . could barely keep the temp at 90 in there so i moved them out. . . which fixed the problem.

no i dont currently have one. . . looking to add one here in the next couple weeks as needed. . . but since i've moved the grow from the closet. . . im able to keep temps about. . . 73-80 F. . .

ok. . . so apparently i've been ignoring many a warning signs. . . and my plants have been begging me for some "real nutrients" and not just the liquid karma. . . i believe i may have an iron deficiency and a possible nitrogen deficiency as well.. so with that today will be the first day i use these sensi grow nutes. . . hopefully all goes well. . . will take more pics after the Suns game. . .

Alright so i was very lazy yesterday and never got around to taking the pics. . . but i watered w/ the sensi nutes. . . also i've been haggling with the Rh in my grow room and have managed to get it to hold around 45%. . . any ideas on how to raise it maybe 10% more. . .

my gf got around to takin some pics for me today while they were gettin their tan on . . . plz feel free to comment/question/help! :hump:

Ok been a few days since my last update. . . and a few things have happened. . . first off me lil bro decided to play with me grow light and the bulb burned out or what not. . (ouch right!?) so i've replaced the MH light for now with a sodium. . . (not happy about it either). . .will head out tomorrow for a replacement. . . but in the mean time i've added 2 2 foot T5 light to the grow area for a little more coverage on the outside of the plants. will post pics in the mornin

been a while since i updated. . . my plants are starting to show sex and im very excited. . . i know i have 1 female so far. . . and i think i have another thats a females but im gonna give a few days. . . to be sure. . . but no males so far. . . will transplant remaining plants in 1 gal bags tomorrow probably. . .

been hella busy lately. . . and not much interest being shown. . . so ill just give you the bread and butter. . . i have had to throw out two males already and i think i have a hermi in the mix as well. . . so i have 18 plants left after starting with 21. . . but on a positive note. . .i've been adding more nutrients to the feeding regimen. . . and added an extra fan in attempt to keep temps more constant. . . summer time is only around the corner. . . ! also i will be throwing plants into flower on 5/4. . . my tallest 3 plants are over 1.5 feet tall now. . . im starting to get excited. . .

questions comments. . . anything? :roll:

i got the bags from a local hydro store. . . like $.25 a bag. . . couldn't beat that. . . :blsmoke:
