1st grow need help with bug problem

Been having problems with bud worms.. will appreciate any help. I bought some Sevin insecticide is this safe and good to use? Sorry pics arn't the best.

I know nothing about that insecticide! Where are you growing? Indoor or outdoor? If indoor I'd say get one of these! http://www.amazon.com/Hot-Shot-No-Pest-Strip-5580/dp/B0019BK8AG I had spider mites and those gnat fly things, they didn't stand a chance. I'm used it in my closet, just put it in there and turned the fan off for 3 days... They're gone now!

consult ur local garden / hydro store .
just get some pest extermination solution (dunno how to say it english) for plants .
and read the instructions . it will be fine .
