So I am concerned about two of my 6 sprouts that I have coming up right now... The first one I'm worried about (it looks like its over stretching) but im not sure if thats in the genetics (White Castle)....

The other one (Nirvana Blackberry) is growing to the side and was just curious if it will correct itself or do I need to do a little tending on it and straighten it up with a toothpick and some string?

they r both fine, don't mess w/them. the one doesnt look overly stretched, but what kind of light r u using? if u r using some sort of CFL u can be an inch or two from them & be fine. dont worry about the other one leaning, yes it will work itself up straight to the light. if anything u might want to bury more of the lower part of the longer stem with more mix, just to make sure the roots are protected & no light is getting to them.

Using just a simple sunblaze 2' T5. they seem to like it and i went back in a little while ago and another one is pushing its head out of the soil... Getting very excited. they all look very healthy for the most part and i've been overly concerned and nervous that im going to do something wrong. but i guess im doing something right.

Will be starting my journal once i have a definite count on seeds that popped ground.

I use a single T5 54 w bulb set up for my seedlings through the 3rd week, I keep the light always less then 2 inches from the tops, real close. At this point, less is more, no nutes until a full 3 wks., water minimally, and don't sweat the small stuff.

Here is my setup.... I modified it a little bit to be able to raise the light up and down. have it about 2 inches from the top of the cups.
