yea i got 3x(maybe more) and i'm in soil... i think vegging it any higher than a foot, maybe 15 inches is useless unless you have shitloads of side lighting your not gonna get anything on the lower buds anyways, its just making your harvest date a month later, with little reward i flowered at 11 inches and im currently at 34 (after burying the stem in soil the other day)

The thing is that if your growing indoor from a fixed light source it doesn't really matter how high you grow it because only the top section that is above the canopy will bud everything below is in darkness, so as you say your just wasting time and space. Indoors there is a yield limit which is dependant on strain, only so much of the plant will be above the canopy and that is the only place you will grow worth while bud.

I am growing PPP myself. Pure Power Plant is white strain, mostly a sativa variety developed in the 90's with South African strains.
are you sure its white strain? doesn ppp mean purple powerplant? or is it pure power plant?

May have been a bit harsh to you but he's right. It's impossible for your plants to have stop growing unless they died. You may have meant they didn't grow much vertically, which I still doubt, but is possible. They did grow buds didn't they??? Instead of flipping out you may consider better choices of words in your future posts.
