Welcome to my grow journal. Though it has been completed, and even smoked as well. But i have some images. So enjoy
Before that, some details, this was my first grow, i got 6 strains.
Green Crack(GC) by Humboltd
Amherst Sour Diesel(ASD) by Humboltd
Critical Kali Mist(CKM) by Delicious seeds
Dinachem(DC) by Dinafem
Amnesia Platinum(AP) by Bulk Seed Bank(this was an experiment because seeds are extremely cheap, 5 for like 13 euro. So i wanted to see how cheap seeds compete with expensive seeds)
AK48(AK) was free gift and i guess it was by Nirvana not sure
Initially my plan was 3 plants, GC,DC and included AP as test.
GC never sprouted, AP and DC went along and sprouted. I tried another seed of GC, didn't sprouted, and i tried on another one, GC was one of my main strains. The 4th seed sprouted. For some reason, GC need higher temperature to sprout. But in frustration, with the 4th GC seed, i sprouted one seed from all strains and i thought ok, maybe when u germinate 10 seeds, u get 3 or 4 that will work, so let me include one seed from all strains so one or two will sprout. First time experience, but guess what all four, GC,ASD,CKM and AK sprouted and now i had 6 plants altogether. First two were 15 days older then the rest 4, i call them late comers. Just 15 days difference. Now after 40 days i turned the lights from 18-6 to 12-12, and started waiting. After 15 days of 12-12, i saw first pistols, in these 15 days, i did everything suggested on the internet, i kept them in dark for 48 hours, i changed the time from 12-12 to 11-13. Why i did that there is a reason, because everyone says above 30C plants will stop growing.... or they will die. And i was already and. That was in march 2018. I knew at the end of april and in may temps will go above 40 C outside, and in May, temps reached 48 outside, while humidity was 6% 10% was a normal thing. Very dry and hot weather, and thats what i was afraid of. Thant's y i wanted them to finish as quickly as possible, i changed my time fro 11-13 to 10-14 in order to avoid the summer, but couldn't do sh*t about it.
Any ways, reason of making this thread is to tell my friends in hot weathers that hey..... your plants will not die. Even upto 40C was in the grow room for several days with that sh**ty chinese purple leds. Though now i have changed them . Anyways, one thing, the late comers something happened, they just slowed down.
while AP and DC doubled in size during stretch. Now i want to keep is simple and short. I could count more then 100 flowers on AP and DC and on late comers, i could only pistils, 45 or 50 days into flowering, and there is not a single flower on late comers, if i have waited just like that, maybe i would have gotten one or two flowers from each late comers. So i decided to take them out. Just day before yesterday i put them back to 12-12 with new led lights and i have a feeling will work better then my first experience. I will update the late comers in this thread. As thats my current grow now, but i wanted to get over with my first not so great experience Enjoy the pics
