I'm no expert but I can tell you that there are some problems going on there.
And I can also tell you that you might get some really useful advice if you provide the following information-
Soil type
pH of of soil and pH of water
History of plant (sounds like you moved it around)
Nutrient schedule (if any)
Temperatures/humidity of growing environment
and anything else that might seem important.

Some extra information as for what was in the nutrients how old the plant is what stage and all the simples would help me and others identify your problem.
Looks like you are going way overboard with the MG liquid nutes. Are you using them full strength (IOW the strength recommended on the bottle)? Using them every time you water?
IMO, I would flush the soil with PHd pure water, then back off on the nutes a bit.

I'd agree that your problems are probably related to the MG nutes, maybe even some ph issues
