1st Grow - Bud Pics - Ready?

This is my first grow, and I'm not sure if it's close to ready or not. The plant is a sativa, from bag seed. She's been in flowering for about 10-11 weeks. Any thoughts on how much longer to let her stay before harvest?

Looks about ready to me, although it is a little hard to see in the picture. Maybe give it a couple more days if you'd like, flush if you haven't already.

Okay... however when I zoom in on the trichs, they are about half clear and half cloudy. I'm thinking I should wait until more are cloudy, and some are amber. Any idea on how many days/weeks that could take?

I'm headed out of town for 2 weeks. Will that be too long you think?
