you're set up won't work...
about 6 to 8 oz one grown this way 3 foot plant no nothing just grows that way 9 week veg. 9 week flower
get rid of the tote you need bigger air pump 4 inch air stones http://www.htgsupply.com/Product-Commercial-Air-Pump-571-GPH 4 stones per pump

i use clones in my dwc's i'm trying one seed barneys amnesia lemon myself in a dwc see if works just for fun i have all the equipment needed
you are over watering them seedlings..maybe
coming soon one plant one 600 watt hps one pound...
