A pic may not help much if you want to know what an ounce llloks like. An ounce of light airy buds (and you can't really see that in a pic) might look twice as big as an ounce of dense buds.

Fluffy yet dry buds (very airy) can be deciving.
I picked up $80 worth not long ago.
The girl who hooked me up said "Weigh it, the guy said he really hooked you up!".
She doesn't have a scale, but prior, stuff through her was excellent but was $20 a gram.
This was 3 grams on the nose. For $80. WTF? Nice quality, but that is just unreasonable! It looked like 6+ grams because of how fluffy it was.

I got bored once and weight a bunch of nickles, they all fell in the 4.96 - 5.02 grams. If I remember right I never saw a deviation bigger than that.lol, maybe the photo is old.
Also, for those in the US looking to gauge weight on the street, a US Nickel is 5g.
