So how do you guys think one stick of butter with 1oz of weed in it will be when I make brownies? Are they gonne be good brownies?

I run 4 sticks with an oz.. good luck... Depending on what you make a serving size that might be a little strong IMHO..

I usually do 1oz to 1 stick and it works. More than that and I have trouble keeping the plant material submerged in the butter.
Last couple times i made butter, I used a gram of wax per stick and it was some goooood butter.

Did you know that 1 gram of oil/wax/dab is = to 7-8 grams of marijuana....it takes about a 1/4 oz to make 1 gram oil/wax/dab....
2 gs oil per stick...hahaha tooooo much.....

All I know is that I enjoyed those batches of butter better than what I made.
I realize what you are saying and had considered it but chalked it up to the face that blasting bud with butane is much more efficient at collecting what we really want from the bud than is simmering it inbbutter if that makes sense.
