he means tea like empty a tea bag or have a coffee filter fill with weed and brew it like tea

Resin is not water soluble, so Im guessing weed tea wouldnt work. Half and half however can be infused with cannabis. I know a guy who makes honey tincture that is out of this world. He doesnt tell anyone how he makes it, nor explains how the honey holds the resins.
