These Guys Have Been Under Hps For 21 Days Now And I Think They Are Doing Ok Up To Now.
When Is The Best Time To Switch To 12/12
They Are On A 18/6 Cycle At Present.

You can switch to flowering as soon as you have alternating node arrangement on stem and fan leaves have at least 7 blades. You are already way past that, so you can flower whenever you want. Those look nice!
