18 days old, when should i start flower?

Attached pics of my first attempt... 2 different plants at 18 days old. Organic soil and no nutes. 6 CFL bulbs for them.

I dont need a huge yield, anywhere over a quarter up to an ounce is good, how much longer should i wait to flower?

I'd transplant those into some bigger pots and veg for 2 more weeks n switch into flower.

The sooner you put it into flower the less bud you will get. Your plant looks like it has Indica traits and I would let it get about 12''. They will grow taller during flowering but not too much more than 50% so the big question is how much bud do you want?

You didn't mention the space you have to work with....... I'd grow to at least 12"... if space isn't an issue... better to wait 3 weeks longer and get grams instead of joints....when dry you get about 20% of wet weight..... Luck.
