18/6 or 24/24 ??? lpease HELP

okae so i need a little bit of help with the lighting i was curious to if you can root a cutting on 18/6 or will that make it work to much on the photosynthesis side of things or should i just root on 24?

To answer your questions. A lot goes on during the dark period. Root Growth is one of them.

No offense taken. I thought your question was to have 24/7 or 18/6 for your rooting plants? I was basically saying I would go the 18/6

i root cuts under 24/0 all the time..my veg room doesnt even own a timer

See, everyone has there own preference. There really is no right or wrong answer. You do what you feel is best. I just perfer giving my girls some dark time because I know a lot of beneficial stuff happens when the lights are off .

Do what suits you best.

yur totaly right there....diff growers have diff thinga that work best...not to say my way is any better or Kratose's are any better than mmine....whatever works for you is what works for you

your answer was right there ,...

I tried 24\24 when I started this year, personally I think its a waste of power, the growth was no faster... I dont know about hydroponic though it might make a difference
