16 days into flowering the growth has been stupid explosive.

I accounted for a stretch but this stretch and growth is way more then I planned for and now 16 days into flowering I'm wondering if I can still do a bit of "lollipop" trimming. theres tons of tiny little single bud site branches that will never amount to anything and the consensus on most forums seems to be 50/50 so wanted to post some pictures of what in actually dealing with and get some personalized opinions. as you can see in the pictures the foliage is so thick you cant see through it nor can light penetrate it. wwyd?

If you got a super good root system, I'd lollipop lightly. If roots aren't thick, lollipop heavily

so regardless I should be trimming some of that away then, that's what I figured just some people say that after 2 weeks of flowering trimming branches off will do more harm then good

I’d say you would want to be trimming like 90% of that away. You really should have been thinking to flower sooner. Also I think you’ll wish you had less plantsz

Hi Louis,
Looks a little cramped in there. I mean more then a bit of trimming will resolve. Seems to me if you removed a couple of plants and let the rest spread out and grow...might be batter and I doubt it would even effect yield. Just a thought...

I'm actually already 6 down from the regular amount that's usually in this space

Those are some big ass leaves! I think you will have to trim for air flow and humidity, otherwise face pests/PM issues. I am facing a similar stretch issue and was forced to cull 4 plants as well to allow for stretch and raising the lights.
