150w Hps & 156w Cfl Scrog Grow

So im just wanting to put a pic of everyday of my two girls to watch the progress. Ill prob just do one of them cause they are the same size anyway. If something is looking weird looking let me know. Im on day 7 above the dirt right now so here we go.. So far everything look ok size wise?

Yep day 7. Seems like everything is going too easy. Got my fingers crossed it stays that way. Im real happy about the height. I dont want any stretchy ass seedlings

Then again i need them to get to atleast 8'' so i can start training them under the scrog screen.

Day 9.. Oh ya by the way these are feminised World of Seeds Northern Light x Skunk seeds. Just got some FF Grow Big today. Question... Im going to the Guadalupe River for Memorial Day weekend. Im leaving in the morning and wont be back till Monday afternoon. By the looks of the pic does it look like they will be ok without fert till Monday? I know they will be ok water wise till then but i dont want to stunt their growth at all with no nitrogen in the FFOF soil. This will be their first feeding and im nervous about leaving them. If i do i will probably just give them half the dosage so 1/4 tsp in 1 gallon of distilled. Let me know what you think porfavor.

Day 13&14 of veg. Damn i hate leaving my babies lol. Everything is looking good though. I think. Question... There are leaves growing out of the nodes as you can see in the last pic taken today. Normal????

Day 15 of veg.. Starting to stank real good

#1 is starting to take off height wise. Hopefully #2 picks up the pace. Im about halfway to the screen so im hoping i can start 12/12 in 2 weeks.

Day 17 of Veg... Working with my 5th internode on each plant even though #2 is shorter. Will water with nutes tomorrow morning for sure. Gotta get some ph up/down first. Just got a badass digital ph meter.. $80 bucks.. Wow expensive :neutral:

Dont want to dick with the pronged soil kind. I should be ok ph'n the water/nute mix first. Heres some pics of the node spacing on each plant.

Nope.. For now just one 26w (100w equiv) on each of them. Kinda worries me that they are so short and bushy. I dont want them to be way too crowded when they finally reach the screen.

Day 18 of Veg.. Starting to smell when i open the door. Still really green so ill wait on the nutes..

Day 19 of Veg.. Gave them their first feeding of Grow Big this morning. Distilled water ph'd at 6.8.. After half the dosage which i think was 1/4 tsp the ph dropped to 6.2 in 1 gallon of water. Two drops of ph up brought it to 6.7 so i went with that. Noticed a small tip on the lowest fan leaf of the shorter plant had a little browning on it. It has been a while since i watered cause i want some healthy roots and around 3 weeks seems to be how long people have gone in FFOF without nutes. If it continues after their feeding ill worry about it. Plan on bumping up to 1/2 a tsp on their next feeding. Question.. Since i only fed with half the dosage for a seedling should i feed them next time i water or wait till the time after that?

Day 20.. They seem to be doing good. Kinda noticed a soft portion of a fan leaf on the taller plant but its still green as can be so we shall see. The burnt tip on the smaller one hasnt grown or spread since yesterday morning. I did a little reading last night and aeration problems can cause burnt looking tips. It does take a while for my soil to dry out. Maybe a week.. I just attributed this to the fact that they are small plants in alot of soil and not needing half a gallon of water. My soil is straight FFOF without perlite. I didnt plan on transplanting but i would change out the soil if needed. Is there anyway i can mix in some perlite without pulling the plants out or is this too risky?

Day 21... Everythings looking lovely. I took out the seedling lights and now have them under my 6 26w cfl side lights. Im using the 150w hps without the bulb for a reflector. I have 2 2700k's and 4 6500k's on em now. At flowering ill switch it to 4 2700k's and 2 6500k's for the stretch. I raised them up to the screen to meet the lights cause they were sitting about 5'' away but i didnt take any pics of that. Ill lower them back down daily. Tell me what ya think.. Im thinking a week tops till flowering?

Day 22... Gave them some foliar feeding with some weak Grow Big. They seem to love the extra lighting. They have both grown 1/2 an inch in 24 hrs :mrgreen:

Question if anyone is listening. Ive read that foliar feeding can burn the plants when the light is magnified through the drops. Is there any truth in this? I was kinda nervous about it so i only fed the lower branches for now.
On a side note.... I promised the wifey that i would work in the backyard today. Spent 5 hours weedeating, pulling weeds, and spraying poison on weeds. I somehow felt bad and wondered if karma would come back and kill my ladies lol. Anyone felt the same thing?

Day 24.. Got some white bleach looking spots on the lower leaves. Two of the spots have been burned through. Im guessing this is from the foliar feeding seeing that the tops are fine and they didnt get sprayed.. I think IF i foliar feed again it will be straight water. I thought it might be from the lights but most of the spots are on shaded leaves.

Thanks.. Trying to be patient and fill 75% of the screen up. Pictures are all looking the same so ill probably just wait till right before flowering to update the pics.
