Just purchased a 150W agro-lite from home depot. will this be ok for veg? i have 4 plants

i have used a 125 cfl on 2 but you are gonna need something stronger to flower.

My bad it is a phillips 120 W and i found a ballast around the house that will work. is this ok for germination and veg? for 4 plants

you dont need a lite to germinate lol but idk if that would work im curious tho
