150W/800W HMI Metal-Halide Light for Veg?

I have this 150W HMI metal-halide light that I use for my video/photography shoots.
I need some daylight balanced light bulbs for my vegging plants now so I can switch out the 2700k bulbs.

Any thoughts? I was wondering if I could use this:

I'm not too sure... being I'm no lighting expert. That lamp seems like it would be good supplemental lighting, but maybe not so good as your main light source. Again, I'm no lighting expert.

i dont think it would hurt to try, and u should be able to tell one way or another in a day or two if it helps, or is hurting your girls

Yeah, I was thinking of adding it in addition. I'm no longer confined to my grow box because of heat problems so I can add a few more lights.
I have two 26W CFL and one 14W CFL, (and maybe this 150W HMI.)

I was concerned about the type of light it is, metal halide, and whether it would be suitable. It has a green spike to it that I use a filter to correct when I'm shooting, I dont know if that would be a problem either.

Anyone have any further information? My plant seems to have stopped growing vertically. Could a daylight balanced bulb counteract that?
