When you fill out the order select cash as payment and don't enter another discount code. The 15% off will automatically be applied and will show on the finished order form.

Thats not for international orders that order form though is it? With international order forms dont you have to print out the printable order form and fill it out yourself (doing it this way doesnt automatically discount the 15% off when paying cash)

What I do is fill out and complete the online order form to get the total price and order # then I print the blank order form and fill it out using there numbers.
