ok. so i read that u can run 11 on, 13 off during flowering to increase yield, quality, etc??? true or false??

Plants are pretty much gonna do what they will do.
Keep the light 12 hours or less and they will flower. 11/13 will work fine if you are trying to shave money on utilities. But the more light you provide, the more bud you are rewarded with.

11/13 isn't going to save you any electricity, the only thing it's gonna do is stress the shit out of your plants, just do it at 12/12. You guys need to stop trying to change what nature naturally does for us.

Show me your plants you've grown, give me something to go by, show me what your capable of and maybe I'd believe the bs you spew.
So I guess me vegging my plants and then switching to 12/12 and planting outdoors in the spring and harvesting in the falls wasn't the way nature intended.

NATURE didnt intend on plant getting 18 hours of light considering the fact that there is only 12 hours of light in one day, incase you were unaware..
