Wus up kid?
The 4x1000w will cover about 9'x 9' rather well. If you also put the 600s ( 3'x10') in there and fill the room with plants, how will you get in there to work?
One of those fans is plenty to air cool the lights. If you add an AC unit and co2 burner you wont need the other fan or any exhaust for that matter.
If you do exhaust, that fan should work very well. It will empty the room in about 1.5 minutes if you allow for the drag from the giant filter you'll need for that big of a fan. I guess you could always slow the fan down, get a smaller filter and still be effective.
Good luck,
Fred

You might want to hold off on the co2 for a few cycles. It accelerates everything, good and bad. There's also the fact that your grow is only as good as your weakest link. So until you have it completely dialed in, the cost is probably not justified.
How many plants is really a judgement call and veg time is directly related to that decision. Five is a pretty good start. Veg them till they're about 30 inches tall. That would make the end height about 48-56 inches on most hybrid strains. The point being that the light will only penetrate about 36 inches or so. The lower 10-12 inches are going to be bare stem anyway so that size plant should work well for this app. Make sure you do lots of topping and maybe some supercropping to get them real bushy and they should fill in the entire light footprint.
