12on 12off whole life?

hi everyone ive heared of doing 12/12 its whole life but never seen it done and was wondering if any1 has done it on rollitup? if u have please tell me about it thanks:blsmoke:
 
I asked the same question a while back. They told me the plant would just flower as soon as it is physically possible. you won't get a big plant, but you'll just have one massive flowered cola. I'm currently doing this with two master kush seedlings.
 
i dunno bout that..but i seen people doing it for clones..just once it roots they thow it into flowering..but im not sure bout from seed..
 
a frend i no doss grow with seeds stret on 12/12 it doss work but he never sems to get rily big bud
 
my friend started all his 5 clones on 12/12 because the only light he can use is the sun light from his huge window, and his plants are not a foot high and there flowering. they look scrawny! lol
 
I've seen it done from seed. it means you can grow any strain to a low style.
Only really worth it if you got lots of seeds. You dont end up with much smoke, but the look like tiny christmas trees.

thats true, you can go 12/12 from seed but it will take at least 3 weeks to show sex, the plant won't flower until it is developed enough to sustain flowering, as far as clones flowering freshly rooted clones is quite ok to do that cos the clone is of same age and maturity of the mother plant it came from. hope this helps a little. gl bro!
 
12/12 is only good to flower.Dont do it with seed plants as it will slow and stunt the plant and be a huge waste of time.Clones can go 12/12 as they are cut from a mature mother who is ready to be flowered.So basically dont do it from seed as its just plain baddddd
 
I just need to find a mother. I just found out my one plant was a male. I vegged that one for 3 weeks then flowered because it was only one plant and I didn't want to put a lot of time into it then find that it was a male. So, I'm going to grow a couple more, clone them, flower the clones to find the sex, and hopefully find a mother.
 
well i grow 12-12...an it works great you can grow a shit load of small high quality plants in 2 months....this works from seed or clone...i have a 3 week veg harvest im about to do with 16 plants an it looks like ill get close to a qp of fresh kind..from a 3x4 growing area.....so i say yes the 12-12 is great..just my 2 cents though...

I also have some under 12/12 that have had two weeks of flowering. Mine are also growing very slow, but I'm not really expecting much of a result anyway, just doing it to see how it turns out.

If you are going to start flowering without veg, I read it's best to use a sativa dominant strain.
 
Its not good to start a plant in 12/12. What happens is the seed says ok winter is here so I need to be a male. Males flower in just a few days, unlike a female. It prolly wont happen every time but your chances are higher to produce males.
