125w red spectrum cfl

i'm growing himalyan blue diesel atm, 2days old and i'm growing with a 60w lamp, giving out alot of heat, i've ordered 125w cfl red, and i was wondering if i could use this from seed to flower, considering the my plant is ain autoflower, its a homade grow box btw
and does anyone know why the leaf at the right is curling

yes you can but a 6500K one would have given you better growth.
