Your plant might not get as big as other people's but it should I'm only on my first grow and used a 12w for vegging and 80w plus the 12w for flowering it's just a little thing 12w was not nearly enough but I see no reason why it won't my friend

That little bit of light will give you little to nothing for your time especially after drying.

Could it go from seed to weed? Yes.
You could always add cfls for extra light.
