pic1 looks like new leaves growing , i dont see any pistils or balls

That is a healthy 12 day old plant. Congratulations.
However, I did not see signs of sex one way or the other in any photo.

Yea sorry i mis-titled =)) i couldnt zoom in far enough (its pic2 that looks like little tiny pistils growing i have it marked on the picture, Very difficult to see though) pretty easy to see look directly at it but not threw the pic.... And no this is not a 1 plant grow i have 15 others going right now to all from seed no clones.

Well str8 up, honestly i strongly believe i see Pistils in 2 places right now, a fellow indoor grower (good friend of mine is over here and he says thats what they are to) were both AMAZED by it. Ill try and get a better picture its really hard to though =)) with a 10.0 MegaPixel digital Camera and a high powered magnifying glass hard to hold it all steady while zoomed in that far but ill try again and hopefully i can get yall to see in the picture what we can both see with our eyes
Sorry I see many have already told you, But they are no where near showing sex yet, that is just new growth spitting out above a fan leaf, which is 100% normal, give it about 3+ weeks and ou may see another little thing popping out just on the side of that new growth usually at the 6th node. i'll reply back in a minute with what i mean.

Thanks seejay that little display there helped out a bit. We were looking at the wrong thing =)). Thought the 2 little spikes just to the side of the new leaf growth were small pistils (not because of where its placed for the most part but because of the color, there 2 little white spike things that look like tiny little pistils. I see now with the pictures posted above we were looking about a 1/16th of an inch in the wrong direction 
). Im still just amazed at how big "Hopefully She" is at 12 days old the rest of the plants, the other 15. Are about an inch tall and maybe 2 1/2 inches wide. and this one is 2 inches tall with 4 sets of leafs (8 total) and 5 inchs wide. Ive never had a plant progress this quickly.
FYI this is my 1st indoor seed grow EVER, ive always cloned a good buddys plants outdoors. Never needed to sex plants.

And for the rest of the people that posted "no signs of sex" and all that, sorry i wasnt trying to be a douche and completely throw your opinion out the window. Seejay is the 1st and only person to prove me wrong, with something more then just, No your wrong no signs of sex Lol.
