This is going to be my first attempt at growing so I want to get it right or at least as close as you can. I have research alot and have changed my mind a few times thanks to the members who have replied in my previous thread. I was going the UFO LED route with a 6.5 by 6.5 grow tent but now have a better location with unlimited power so 1000W HPS all the way I'm told !! One day I will try the UFO but not today. Our condition are in a steel building so we plan on framing a area 12 by 10. Odor will be a major concern so I need to get that right. The venting and exhaust will be framed in as well but I need to do more research on that subject so input is welcomed on that !! Cost really isn't to much of an issue but needs to be kept in check 
Anyway here are my questions :
How many 1000W HPS would be needed for an area that size ?
How many plants can I expect with that area ?
Can we mask the ODOR 100% ?
A few to start with as I'm sure I will have more as I go. Below are the strains I have selected for a first attempt.
Short Rider - Feminized
Wonder Woman - Feminized
PPP (Pure Power Plant) - Feminized
Blue Mystic - Feminized
Papaya - Feminized
We are weeks away before anything starts but seeds are ordered
I have a contractor friend that is coming in to do the work hopefully over the next 3 weeks. Shouldn't take him long as it is his living I have since started some seedlings (1 Skunk and 1 blueberry are female the males RIP) about 2 weeks into the seedling stage. Going to use them to test my cloning skills .. lol
Anyway please reply with suggestion.
