ok if you start off a plant at 12/12 do you think it would grow a little into its veg stage and then start budding?? i had a dabate with my friend and i think it would budd but my friend says that it wouldn't start budding unless you turned the hours of light down???

Yes, done it many times. In 12/12 from seed, the plant will grow and veg until it reaches sexual maturity...anywhere from 3-6 weeks depending on strain. Then it will start flowering without you changing a thing. Tell your friend he owes you a bowl

in the 12/12 from the beginning would this be a good idea if you had a small space so the veg period doesn't grow to much?

Absolutely, that is the main reason it is used. Smaller plants, then if you get one you really love, you can re-veg and start cloning.

when you start a 12/12 in a small space how large do they get?

Mine ended up the smallest at 19" and the tallest at 30"

Grown under 400 watt HPS with no LST or training. So with some training I'm sure they'd be even smaller.

cause i only got a few feet so im wondering from 12/12 if i could grow something small
