12/12 to 18/6 at 6 weeks in?

Hey everybody, I'm new to growing autoflowers as you can probably already tell by the name of the post. I started the first 3 weeks of my plants in a 18/6 light cycle. Then I put them on a 12/12 light cycle from weeks 3-6 like you would a non-autoflower plant... I read that 18/6, 20/4 or 24/0 all the way through is best. Would it harm my plants in any way if I switched them back to 18/6 or to 20/4 for the last few weeks?

Grabbing some pics right now. My problem is that I had them on 12/12 for like the past 3 weeks. Could I change it back to 18/6?

Erm-- the light cycle for Auto-flowering plants depends on what lights you are using!
CFL/T-5 = 24/0
HID's you can go 12/12 or 18/6 doesn't really matter.....that's why they are "Autoflowering" they'll even flower in 24/0 of HID's.. but do better with SOME "down time"

days of dark would hurt them but more light shouldnt
the only reason for dark on a ruderalis strain is cool down temps , give your wallet a rest, and bud structure
