12/12 from seed VS normal method

What are the advantages/disadvantages in regards to yield, time to flower, height etc? Still not sure which my friend should do for her first grow

Mother and clone biggest advantage overall.google:Bonsai mum,cloning tutorial,12/12 rooted clone,perpetual harvest

A mother is a mature known sex plant and the clone will be the same.
12/12 seed will cut down yield.
normal method is for normies.
