From what the title says I have a 12/12 from seed DNA Genetics Stackedkush that has no signs of flowering wtf could be going on?
12/12 from seed day 52 NO flowering 100% female

Why the hell would you put it on 12/12 from seed? Your plants are probably stressed out to hell because they think it is constantly autumn.

It sounds like you have light leaks in the dark period or its a stubborn sativa that originates from the equatorial region and it flowers when its good and ready.

There is a whole group on here dedicated to growing plants in this way and they actually get good Results condidering there gram pw Ratio.
Yes I would say a light leak or something is your timer still working properly? they areknown to sieze up when using them with grow lights.
BTW I guess its not so much a 12/12 from seed anymore. Got pics?

you do not have enough light to allow the plants to mature sufficiently for reproduction
or
nutrient levels are insufficient for maturation to the point where reproduction is possible
or
the plant is a determinate type, and will not begin flowering until it reaches an appropriate age
or
your environemnt is not capable of stimulating the plant to flower due to some flaw in the light schedule
or
the temps and humidity are too high for reproduction
or
some stress has stunted growth
or
your plant is an autoflower with a long life cycle
or
you suffer from the curse of the mummy and all your dope will refuse to flower for all eternity until you return the Crimson Scarab of Hecate to it's resting place in the tomb of Amun Metokapec in the necropolis of the Siwa Oasis

12/12 under 250 hps 6" away fox farm ocean forest soil temperature remains between 75-82, I feed 6.5 ph water every 2 times a week and 1/3rd strength of the fox farm trio, her dark time was in the day, as of now switched to lights off at night. she originally did it only to save time since I move September 1st but that shit is out the window. she is 22" tall even after a extreme lst hahaha

shit i dunno, goin 12/12 from seed would take longer than from a clone, since the plant is not mature so, depending on when your leafs set you might see flowers soon, or even in another month. i cant say. more time is all i can suggest.
Now then, about that Crimson Scarab...

Believe it or not, some seeds sprouted under a 12/12 light cycle will show their first hairs in as little as 10 days. I think a good, fast finishing indica could probably be jammed close in small containers (like 2L-4L) and go 12/12 from seed for a variation of the from clone SOG. You could lollipop them and harvest a bunch of little pot fist. If you find a strain that will consistently begin to flower in 10-14 days and finish in 56-63 days, your looking at a possible 66 day grow without needing multiple grow areas or mother plants. Only real problem is males, but you could always take the best male and use his pollen on a couple other plants and have seeds for the next grow. You would go right through generations in a very natural way. It would be fun to watch the genetics play out generation to generation, just be selective.
