12/12 cycle at Three weeks???

I've been doing research and I heard from numerous people that you can start the budding process at around 3-4 weeks. Even though youll probably only get an 8th of bud. Im realy interested in this and would appreciate any information.

You talking about from seed of clone? In aero I have flipped the lights after a few days from clone and still had 3 foot tall plants with a good yeild more like 28 dry per. For SOG you want to veg for the least amount of time as possible. Why do you want to flip so fast are you limited with space?

i was talking about seed but yes you can do with clones as welll.

Wait till they show preflowers, then they will switch to flowering quite fast, if they are not mature and showing preflowers when u flip the lights its gonna have to force itself to finish vegging and mature which wastes too much time to make it worthwhile to do it that way. Your yeild wont be hurt that much (compared to what your thinking) if flipped a week or 2 early it will just waste time mostly. lots of people do it....which ive never been able to understand, lol

i did my first grow with 2 weeks veg and they turned out great.. got about a oz per plant
